Branch Manager - Opportunities available in West Chester, Montgomery and Maineville, Ohio

Job Requirements: The Branch Manager has a primary focus of managing to overall operation and supervision of the branch.  This position ensures that the branch delivers quality customer service through new account opening, providing customers with appropriate information, and resolving banking issues.  Actively participates in the selling of all Peoples Community Bank financial services through developing and maintaining of business relationships within the community.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of work experience in the financial services field
  • Management experience in overseeing a retail or financial operation
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required

Tellers – Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities are available in the following locations: Lebanon, Maineville and West Chester, Ohio.

Job Requirements:

The Teller provides quality customer service by determining the financial service needs of each customer, matching the appropriate Bank product or service, and delivering the product or service in a manner that satisfies the customer while still ensuring regulatory compliance.  The qualified candidate will have:

  • Previous cash handling and customer service experience required
  • Strong math aptitude
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Ability to work flexible shifts Monday – Friday (9-6) and Saturday (9-1)
